As Genève-Servette HC's coach and team manager Chris McSorley tells the Tribune de Genève, he is still looking for two new import-players and one or two Swiss forwards.

"We don't need a lot of players," McSorley sums up Genève-Servette HC's current situation. "Just some minor adjustments." He is convinced that they will have a competitive group on the ice and that the additions of Timothy Kast (from EV Zug) and Eliot Berthon (from HC Ambrì-Piotta) will for now compensate the departures of Damien Riat (to EHC Biel) and Tim Traber (to Lausanne HC).

Other reinforcements will soon arrive at Les Vernets, the Tribune de Genève writes. Although McSorley does not mention any names, one of them might be Tim Bozon, who is without a contract due to the relegation of EHC Kloten. McSorley would like to see another one or two Swiss forwards on his squad. Moreover, he confirms that GSHC is on Josh Jooris' short-list. The Canadian forward with a Swiss license is also courted by HC Lugano.

When it comes to the import-players, Geneva still needs replacements for the two forwards Stéphane Da Costa and Nick Spaling. "I need leaders, who are able to score and who are good team mates in the locker room," McSorley explains. "We must not make a mistake in our choice."
