In a statement made this morning, the club announced that they have mutually agreed to dissolve their existent contract. The 28-year-old forward would have had a valid contract in place with them until the end of the 2018-19 season.
In April, the Bünder Tagblatt already indicated that Jörg could be on the move this summer. At the time, Arno Del Curo was also not sure if they would keep the forward on their roster. Last week then, the Corriere Del Ticino reported that HC Lugano is looking at potentially signing him - if he passes the physical.
