Sandro Zurkirchen to leave LHC at season's end?

The contracts of both Luca Boltshauser and Sandro Zurkirchen in Lausanne are valid until 2020. The latter, however, was recently rumored to have already agreed to terms in Lugano, replacing Elvis Merzlikins who might try his luck overseas next season.
"We had contacts with Lugano," Zurkirchen's agent Gaëtan Voisard confirmed to 24 heures. But Voisard also added that HC Lugano was not the only National League club they had contacts with.
Whether it will be the 25-year-old Boltshauser or the 28-year-old Zurkirchen to leave the Lions at the end of the season remains to be seen. At the moment a lot seems to point towards a departure of the older of the two netminders.
