On Saturday, Eero Elo played his last game with the Tigers, while the future in Langnau for Aaron Gagnon will be determined soon.

It was already reported that the SCL Tigers will probably start the season with five import-forwards. At the moment, Chris DiDomenico, Harri Pesonen, and the newly-signed Robbie Earl are the only imports under contract for the next season.

Eero Elo, 28, will surely not come back next year, as he said farewell to the fans after Saturday's game, as Der Bund reports. He is presumably set to join Lukko Rauma in the Liiga. In 145 National League games with the Tigers, Elo scored 48 goals and put up 51 assists.

On the contrary, according to the Blick, Gagnon will have to wait the discussion between the Tigers' team manager, Marco Bayer, and the coaching staff. The Canadian forward arrived for the 2017-18 season in Langnau and in 98 games with the Tigers, he scored 35 goals and recorded 27 assists. He won a Swiss Championship in 2017 with SC Bern.
