"Omark, as planned, will continue his career in the championship of Switzerland," the agent of the 33-year-old Swede confirmed to the Russian news agency TASS. He, however, did not want to give any indication on where exactly Omark will play: "I cannot name the club yet."

According to Klaus Zaugg (Watson), Omark will wear Genève-Servette HC's jersey for the upcoming two seasons. In early January the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reported that Omark's next destination might actually be Geneva.

Yesterday, Omark already bid his farewell to Salavat Yulaef Ufa and the fans on his Instagram account.
