According to Patrick Della Valle (TeleTicino/MySports), HC Lugano will not continue to count on Daniel Carr. According to RSI, there is, however, still a chance that he continues to suit up for Lugano - albeit for free - until he will leave for the Washington Capitals' training camp.
Jani Lajunen is about to make his comeback. According to Della Valle, HC Lugano cannot afford five import players, which is why they decided to not extend the tenure of Carr.
As for Tim Heed, he will reportedly stay with HC Lugano for the remainder of the season. The 29-year-old defenseman has recorded one goal and one assist in eight games for the Bianconeri.
