Currently between jobs, Jason O'Leary is already scouting his new team and is planning the upcoming season.

During the SCL Tigers' game against SC Bern last Friday, their future coach was already watching closely and he is thinking about applying some changes next season: "I don't want to say too much about the current tactics," O'Leary tells the Wochen-Zeitung. "But you can certainly develop something in this area."

There will also be some changes on their roster. He is not yet sure if he will need four import-forwards or only three forwards and a defenseman. "It's important that we find a power play defenseman, someone who can make a good breakaway, play a good first pass," the 42-year-old explains. "But that could also be a Swiss."

In order to reach the playoffs next season, there is only one recipe, according to O'Leary: "Every single player has to show a lot of fighting spirit, passion, and the right work ethic. Then we can reach the playoffs. It won't be easy, but I believe in it."
