There is interest from Sweden but also from other Swiss teams in the forward. If he will return to his country, his first choice is already set, as he tells Arvika Nyheter: "Peter Jakobsson and I have had a great talk. He [...] wants me home and shows a lot of interest. If I am going home to Sweden next year, Färjestad is number one on my list."
Other SHL teams have also asked about Marcus Nilsson. He might, however, also stay in Switzerland, "but we have not decided anything and I know nothing about how it will be. We will see what happens here in the future."
Marcus Nilsson signed with the SCL Tigers in early December. Since then, he has recorded two goals and 13 assists in 31 games for the National League team.
