After blocking a shot with his foot on Friday, Viktor Lööv was supposed to be sidelined for one or two weeks. He might, however, already return to EHC Biel's lineup tonight against the SCL Tigers, the Bieler Tagblatt and the Journal du Jura report. A final decision will be taken this morning.
As for EHC Biel's quest for foreign reinforcements, there is no news yet. "There are two mistakes not to be made," team manager Martin Steinegger says to the Journal du Jura. "The first would be to overpay an import player, the second to choose the wrong player and have to keep him until the end of his contract. I prefer to take my time."
The next player to leave EHC Biel's infirmary is set to be Luca Hischier, the same source reports. After having been out with a concussion, the forward could return to the lineup as soon as the upcoming weekend.
