As anticipated by Klaus Zaugg (Watson) last week, the Dragons bring in Patrick Emond as an assistant to Christian Dubé. The hiring of the 58-year-old former coach of Genève-Servette HC is the result of the analysis after this past season.
"The analysis and debriefing at the end of the season confirmed that we need to evolve as an organization," general manager John Gobbi explains. "We are convinced that by strengthening our sporting structure with Patrick Emond, the team can take another step forward."
As a consequence, Christian Dubé stays on as both head coach and team manager. Behind the bench, he will be supported by Patrick Emond and Pavel Rosa.
