Before the international break, Jérôme Bachofner made four games for EHC Biel on loan from the ZSC Lions. Following that short stint, team manager Martin Steinegger was looking for a way to keep the forward around. His work seems to have been fruitful, as the 27-year-old is now back with Biel once more - this time as a full member until 2025.
Bachofner started the season as part of the GCK Lions, recording two goals and nine assists in 15 games. During his brief loan period with Biel, he was kept scoreless.
