A product of EHC Biel's organization, Jérémie Bärtschi started the season on loan to HCV Martigny in the Swiss League. Due to injuries, EHC Biel recalled him from the loan in Autumn and the 21-year-old earned a regular spot in the lineup since then.
This season so far, Bärtschi suited up twelve times with HCV Martigny, scoring four goals and collecting two assists. In 22 games with EHC Biel, Bärtschi found the back of the net twice and recorded one assist.
