Arrived in Biel for the 2021-22 season from Jokerit Helsinki, Viktor Lööv will stay with EHC Biel until at least the end of the 2025-26 season. The big defenseman is the second import defender under contract with EHCB for the next season, the other being Alexandr Iakovenko.

This season, Lööv was limited to 17 games so far due to a back injury that kept him out until November. In those 17 games, Lööv collected ten points (two goals) while averaging 22 minutes per game. No other player from EHC Biel spends more than 20 minutes on the ice per game.
