Chris McSorley had this to say about the youngster: "In practice with the first team, he has proven that he has the potential to regularly appear in the NLA. His skating is very good, as is his first pass."
The 20-year-old defenseman is a product of the Grenats' organisation and appeared in his first professional games this past season, scoring one assist in a Cup game. His contract runs through 2018. (mso)
