HC Davos has made some first post-playoff decisions regarding their future roster. Perttu Lindgren and four of their youngsters are set to remain with the team.

Perttu Lindgren (photo) has agreed to an early two-year contract extension, which will keep him in the Landwassertal at least through to the 2020-21 season. This past term, the 29-year-old Finnish forward was able to put up 20 goals and 28 assists in 56 games.

Moreover, the club informs that they have extended the contract of youngster Tino Kessler for three years. Nando Eggenberger, Jerome Portmann (three years) and Pascal Blaser (one year), on the other hand, receive their first professional contracts.

While Kessler was fully integrated into HCD's first team this past term (twelve points in 52 games), Eggenberger and Portmann appeared in 29 games and 20 games on NLA level, respectively. They spent the remaining part playing with the club's Elite A youth team, and in the case of Portmann, also four games on loan with NLB's Hockey Thurgau.

As for Pascal Blaser, who made his NLA debut during the 2016-17 season, the 19-year-old defender mainly suited up for HCD's Elite A youth team, scoring 16 points in 42 games.
