Journal du Jura reports (relayed by SwissHabs) that in the upcoming games between EHC Biel and SCL Tigers the visiting team will wear white jerseys. In their first game of the season, the team's jerseys looked too similar which made it hard to follow the game.

The colors were the main problem, as both teams wore red and yellow jerseys, thus making it difficult to tell the two teams apart. In order to solve this issue the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation has decided that the visiting team has to wear white jerseys.

Total cost: CHF 6000. Half of which will be covered by Swiss Ice Hockey. The issue occurred despite a review by the League at the beginning of the season which should have guaranteed that such problems do not appear.
