Martikainen, son of Kari Martikainen, has played for HCFG's organization since the 2015-16 season. He has signed a two-year contract with the Swiss League team. In 42 games last season, he recorded 32 goals and 36 assists.
Jan Vogel, for his part, has agreed to a one-year contract extension. The 22-year-old forward is currently in his third full season with the Lakers and recorded two goals and four assists in 47 games.
