After he turned down an offer for a contract extension with HC Thurgau, forward Adrian Brunner has signed a two-year deal with EHC Kloten.

The younger brother of EHC Biel's Damien Brunner thus returns to the team in which he and his brother grew up. The 30-year-old is supposed to bring his expierence to Kloten's young Swiss League team, where he will stay for the upcoming two seasons and try to bring the club back to the National League.

For the past three seasons, Brunner suited up for HC Thurgau. Last season, the forward acted as their captain and appeared in 37 games for them, in which he scored eight goals and added 16 assists for a total of 24 points.
