Because netminder Marco Mathis' concussion symptoms returned on Sunday, SCL Tigers goalie Viktor Östlund joins SC Langenthal.

Viktor Östlund

The 24-year-old joined the SCL Tigers at the end of December as a replacement for their then injured goalie Ivars Punnenovs. Now, he moves on to Langenthal for two games, as Marco Mathis needs to undergo further medical examinations.

In addition, also goalie Philip Wüthrich (lower-body injury) has to be examined more closely. The youngsters Robin Nyffeler, Mika Henauer, and Luca Christen have not yet recovered from their concussions. Forwards Nico Dünner and Stefan Tschannen are both suspended for tonight's road game against HC Thurgau.

Due to a lack of defenseman, the 19-year-old Sascha Inniger joins SC Langenthal from the SCL Young Tigers with immediate effect.
