Netminder Christophe Bays has agreed to terms with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds on a one-year contract extension until 2020.

Bays remains with HCC for one more year

The 27-year-old joined HC La Chaux-de-Fonds from Genève-Servette HC in summer last year and has appeared in 15 games for them ever since, posting a goal against average of 2.91 and a save percentage of .925.

In addition, the Swiss League club announced the arrival of two players from Lausanne HC for the 2019-20 season. While the 20-year-old goaltender Matteo Ritz has signed a one-year contract, former EHC Olten defender Simon Barbero, 25, has agreed on a two-year deal with HCC.

Rytz has only played on loan with first league's Star Forward this season so far (21 games, 4.00 GAA). Barbero, on the other hand, suited up in 31 games for Olten (ten points), before he prematurely terminated his contract with the Power Mice at the beginning of February to join LHC for the remainder of the ongoing season.
