The coaching staff in Visp is confirmed for two more years, therefore they will remain at least until the end of the 2020-21 season. The Finns arrived together at the beginning of the 2017-18 season. Also confirmed is Andy Furrer. The 31-year-old forward, who was born in Visp, has always played for EHC Visp, for which he collected 298 points in 707 Swiss League games, the second most for the club after Beat Heldstab, who appeared in 836 games.

Moreover, the club also announced the signing of Fabian Haberstich. The 22-year-old forward has signed for two years. This season, he played 18 games in the National League with EV Zug (one point) and 27 games with the Academy, in which he collected 17 points. For Haberstich it will be a comeback, having already played 23 games with EHC Visp back in the 2015-16 season.
