The product of SC Bern's youth organisation will thus stay in Olten until the end of the 2018-19 season. Prior to his move to Olten, Mischler played for SC Bern's first team, however, he mostly suited up for HC Ajoie in the National League B. Now, the 26-year-old goaltender is in his second season with EHC Olten. This season thus far, he has posted a 0.904 save percentage in 25 games.
