Swiss League

As Le Matin reports, HC Ajoie's Miguel Orlando played his last National League game last night. He thus puts an end to his professional hockey career.

However, according to Raffi Kouyoumdjian (Le Quotidien Jurassien), Orlando did not receive an offer for a contract extension from the Ajoulots and will continue playing. It remains to be seen if that will be in the amateur leagues or somewhere else in the NLB.

The 32-year-old defenseman has played 618 games for HC Ajoie since 2005 and has never suited up for another NLB team in his entire career. In those over 600 games, he recorded 107 points (23 goals).
