Rapáč will thus return to Poprad after a one-year break. He states that he would have liked to stay in Switzerland. "I had a provisional agreement with Zug. However, it all changed when I heard that Josh Holden would take my place next season." He then started to talk to two other NLB teams but has now decided to return to Poprad.

Last season, Rapáč played 39 games for the EVZ Academy and managed to score 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists). In addition, he appeared in one game for EV Zug.
