SC Bern's former captain Martin Plüss is still looking for a new employer. However, as Klaus Zaugg (Watson) reports, citing a "trustworthy source" from Langnau, the 40-year-old forward appears to have several options.

"We have told Martin Plüss that we have already put together a team and thus plan the upcoming season without him. However, we are very, very interested in signing him and would, of course, offer him a place. Nonetheless, we do not want to put any pressure on him and I think he appreciates this," the informant tells Zaugg. "We assume that he has three options: a season in Sweden, a return to the Zurich area and a stint with EHC Kloten, or another season in the Canton of Bern. In this case, we hope he chooses Langnau over EHC Biel."

SC Bern announced in mid-February that their 40-year-old captain would leave the team after this season. About one month ago, Plüss told the Berner Zeitung that he had not talked to any other team yet.
