CHL teams secured the rights to five Swiss players and two players that suit up for Swiss teams.

The Regina Pats selected Ewan Huet. The 18-year-old goaltender is the son of Cristobal Huet and currently plays for Lausanne HC's U20 team. 16-year-old defenseman Daniil Ustinkov, who is part of the GCK/ZSC Lions' organization, was drafted by the London Knights. The latter will, as per his agency Prime Sports, start his season in Zürich, though.

The Halifax Mooseheads have once again decided to draft a Swiss player: they selected Yannik Ponzetto, who is a product of EHC Kloten's organization. Endo Meier, who also suits up for the GCK Lions' organization, was picked by the Barrie Colts. 17-year-old Kimi Korbler Of HC Davos was also drafted. He might suit up for the Ottawa 67's.

There were also two prospects picked that play in Switzerland: French-Swiss goaltender Antoine Keller, who was recently drafted by the Washington Capitals, and Latvian forward Rodzers Bukarts who is also part of the GCK/ZSC Lions' organization.
