EV Zug would have a contract extension ready for Carl Klingberg to sign. The forward also has other offers on the table though. As Aftonbladet writes, Örebro HK is interested in the 30-year-old and is offering him a contract for next season.
Klingberg, who just recently won the Swiss championship with Zug, has been a member of the National League team for five years already. It would be his first time playing back in Sweden since 2011 were he to sign with Örebro.
Called up to the Swedish national team for this year's World Championship, Klingberg suffered a lower-body injury during Sweden's second game of the tournament last weekend and will not be able to suit up again.
