Winterthur's head coach Michel Zeiter already told Der Landbote in February that the 31-year-old forward would not return to the Lions as of next season. Zagrapan will now return to the team he played for before coming to Switzerland.
In 32 games for EHC Winterthur in the 2017-18 season, he recorded eleven goals and ten assists.
