With an average of almost 17000 spectators per game (16993 to be precise), the Kölner Haie was the club with the highest attendance numbers this season. Not only that, but they set a new European record surpassing the best previous mark set by the Bears in 2016-17 (16399 fans).

Overall, with 7160 spectators per game, the PENNY DEL has registered a higher average than the National League (7130) and is thus the new leader in Europe.
