The 25-year-old sustained a hand injury in the first period of the game which HCC lost 2-3. He went to hospital to undergo further medical examinations. The same source reports, HCC's staff fears that the forward might have suffered a fracture. In one game for the Swiss League team, McFarland has scored one goal and two assists.
