Medical Report

As L'Express-L'Impartial reports, GCK Lions' Tim Ulmann had to leave the game last night and did not reappear. He took a puck to the face from HC La Chaux-de-Fonds' Thomas Hofmann.

Even though he scored a goal after only twelve seconds, the night did not have a happy ending for Ulmann. First, he took a heavy hit by David Stämpfli (no penalty) and remained lying on the ice for a long time. Yet, the 30-year-old was able to resume game action.

Then, in the 15th minute of play, the captain took a puck to the face. He lost four teeth and was, thus, not able to return to the ice anymore. This term, Ulmann scored three goals and six assists for the Lions.
