Olten had to make do without Marc Grieder against EVZ Academy

The defenseman had to leave the warm-up, as he was experiencing some concussion symptoms. He was subsequently not able to hit the ice and center Jay McClement as well as Cyrill Aeschlimann served as defensemen for the duration of the game.

Grieder will likely also miss Saturday's game. Thus, McClement and Aeschlimann will remain playing in the defense.
