"Of course it's suboptimal that we are without Cody this week," HCT's Italian coach Stephan Mair tells the Tagblatt. "But fortunately, it's nothing serious for him."
The Swiss League club had to deal without Cody Wydo in last Saturday's clash with the EVZ Academy (2-1 win). With 23 goals and 23 assists in 41 games since season start, he is the team's leading scorer.
HC Thurgau, who sits in seventh place in the standings, has two more regular season games left (against Winterthur and Visp), before they will start into the playoffs on February 22. Their opponent has still to be determined.
