After a hard hit by Devils forward Pavel Zacha only 7:43 minutes into the game, Denis Malgin had to leave the ice injured. Also Zacha's game was over as he received a five-minute major penalty for boarding. Malgin was able to leave the ice on his own. As the Miami Heralds' George Richards reports, Malgin suffered an upper-body injury.
