The Swiss national team welcomes their first reinforcements from overseas. Whereas netminder Reto Berra (Anaheim Ducks) joins the team today for their fourth week of preparation for the IIHF World Championship in Denmark, forward Nino Niederreiter (Minnesota Wild) catches up with head coach Patrick Fischer's team on Monday, April 30.

Young netminder Joren van Pottelberghe (HC Davos), on the other hand, has to leave. This month, the 20-year-old played his first two games with the Swiss national team against Czechia and Belarus.
