They were not ready for the challenge that SC Reinach put up, the titleholders admitted after their defeat. Matchwinner for Reinach was national team forward Rahel Enzler, who scored three goals for them. One day later, however, the Lions found back to their strength: they beat Neuchâtel in their first game in Heuried with 12-0.

EV Bomo Thun successfully beat Neuchâtel after they had lost against them two weeks prior to this weekend's game. Their efficiency was decisive for their 4-0 win against the Academy. As they also won against SC Weinfelden on Sunday, they are now back on top of the standings. The Lions are in second place, HC Lugano in third. Both teams have played two games less than Thun, though. Lugano won both games this weekend and impressed especially with their 8-1 victory against Reinach.
