The 30-year-old underwent a second wrist surgery in September and was projected to be out for about a month. However, the healing process was not as fast as anticipated, thus Genoway was not able to suit up for the Lions so far.
However, the Canadian hopes to return soon: "I am not allowed to shoot yet, but I will try it out next week. I hope, I will be able to return after the international break."
