With Hans Dietrich, Rudolf Schnorf, Urs Schweizer, and Jürg Bucher four long-time members of SCB's board of directors step down per May 1. Their shares will be bought by Hans Dietrich's son Pascal Dietrich, president Beat Brechbühl, Mark Streit, and Roman Josi.
Whereas Mark Streit will personally be part of the board of directors of the SCB Group AG, Roman Josi cannot take on this responsibility yet. In his stead, his father Peter Josi will join the board.
"Ice hockey is my passion," Mark Streit states. "I want to do my best to promote young talents on and off the ice - this is where I can pass on my experience and knowledge." For that, SCB has established a new subsidiary company, the "SCB Hockey Lab & Career Planning GmbH", in which Streit will lead and work out projects for their young players.
