Roschi has been working as coach within Gottéron's youth department since the 2010-11 season and took over the lead behind the boards of the Novice Elite team in 2012. He is currently one of seven professional coaches at Gottéron's "Mouvement Juniors" (MJ).
In June this year, the 35-year-old successfully passed the higher professional examination and earned himself the federal diploma "coach top-class sports".
