HC Ambrì-Piotta's captain Paolo Duca calls it a career. He will, however, stay with the Biancoblù and work as their team manager. He will thus replace Ivano Zanatta.

La Regione already reported last Thursday that the 35-year-old might call it a career and become HC Ambrì-Piotta's new team manager. "It's time to hang up my skates. But I will face this new challenge with the same motivation, determination, and courage that I had always put on the ice," Duca explains.

Paolo Duca returned to HC Ambrì-Piotta in 2007 after a six-year hiatus. He played 650 games for the Biancoblù. He scored 304 points (129 goals) for them and was the team's captain in 487 games. His number 46 jersey will be retired.
