According to 20 Minuten, the Federal Office of Sport confirmed that eleven of twelve National League teams and nine of twelve Swiss League teams have applied for the subsidies.

For reasons of data protection, the names of the clubs have, however, not been disclosed. HC Ambrì-Piotta, SC Bern, the ZSC Lions, and SC Langenthal are definitely among those applicants: they have all confirmed that they applied for the subsidies.
