Coming over from Liiga's Jukurit shortly before the deadline, Pereskokov was supposed to reinforce Lausanne HC for the playoffs. With the postseason canceled, he only got to suit up seven times.

For next season, the Russian will likely return to his home country, as RIA Novosti writes. Citing a source familiar with the situation, they state that the 26-year-old will be suiting up for a KHL-team. He has already made 60 games for CSKA Moskva, Admiral Vladivostok and Kunlun Red Star.
