Diaz was injured a week ago in the matchup with Genève-Servette HC. He missed last Saturday's game against the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers as well as the second leg of the Champions Hockey League Round of 16-series against Red Bull München.
For tonight's clash with SC Bern, EV Zug hopes that the defenseman is able to return to the lineup.
