mt_ignoreAccording to a report from Le Matin, GSHC's president Hugh Quennec has sold his shares of Lausanne HC to Ken Stickney, who is currently the president of the Kloten Flyers' Board of Directors.

Ken Stickney is also one of the leaders of the Canadian Investment-Group Avenir Sports Entertainment LLC (ASE), who is the majority shareholder of the Kloten Flyers since taking over from Philippe Gaydoul in April 2015.

It is expected that Lausanne HC is going to inform sometime later today. (tme)

UPDATE II Lausanne HC confirms that Hugh Quennec has sold his shares to Ken Stickney, who has resigned with immediate effect from all his duties with the Kloten Flyers. The league has accepted this tranfer and "has received all necessary documents and guarantees from the new owner". ASE (the Kloten Flyers' ownership group) on their part want to "underline the unchanged commitment of ASE and its owner BIll Gallacher to the prosperity of the Kloten Flyers.
